Most IMPORTANTLY, our Boot Camp is for everyone. Whether you are a BEGINNER and this is your first time ever working out or an experienced athlete looking for a new challenge this program is for you.
You will be training with a Certified Instructor and Personal Trainer that is going to teach you how to do the exercises correctly. The instructor is going to have you put everything you have into the exercises while taking into consideration your age, fitness level, and any other issues you have in order to keep you within your abilities. Our first concern is the health of our clients. Just try your best, keep moving, and you will do fine.
You also have the benefit of a diet coach that is available anytime to help with any questions concerning nutrition. We do what it takes to ensure results by holding our clients accountable to the program. Every last client is considered a personal client to us and is treated so. Our motto is simple... Its only $99 for the entire Six Weeks (Four classes a week). You do not have to come to the same class times. We offer morning, afternoon, evenning and weekend classes Monday -Saturday.

I began the Boot Camp program approximately eight weeks ago as suggested by my soon to be daughter-in-law, Gail Hatten and my husband. I am 51 years old and have not exercised to this extent in years. My goal was to shape up or firm up for my Son Eric’s wedding in July. Well I cannot believe what I have done with the help of Daniel, Andrew, and Hope over the last eight weeks. My clothes fit better, I am eating better, I have lost 7 pounds and am down to 133 pounds from 140 not to mention my body fat percentage has decreased too. I know that does not sound like a lot but it is for me. This program was designed for me as I need motivation, encouragement, and yes even pushing me to my limit with Andrew setting weights on my legs while doing the static V hold. I am a 57 year old female who hated exercise. A year and a half ago, I joined Xtreme Fitness thinking I would enjoy their Yoga classes. Soon after joining, friends convinced me that I could survive Boot Camp. I have lost 30 pounds. I started with the 6 week Boot Camp membership and realized pretty quick 6 weeks wasn’t going to be enough. So after completing the 1st 6 weeks I signed up for another 6 weeks of Boot Camp but changed it to a monthly membership within a week. Each of the trainers brings their own style and knowledge to each class. They push you to push yourself to do more. It’s an hour of constant moving and sweating that I’ve come to feel guilty when I miss a class. When I started my weight loss journey over two years ago I was a size 14 and weighed 192lbs. The first two months were grueling and I hated every minute of it. But as I watched the inches melt away and I became more fit, I actually started to enjoy it. I now crave working out and miss it if I can't make a class. I worked my way down to a size 10 and 174lbs. Then I did the 90 day challenge. I really listened to Daniel's advice on nutrition and upped my work outs. Yes Daniel, I was listening. The results were amazing. I am more fit at age 47 than I have ever been. I can proudly say I am now a size 6 and 156lbs (depending on the day of the week. LOL!). When I started Boot Camp I had a 6 month old baby, I was tired and out of shape! I had tried to go to the gym myself, but I wasn't seeing the results. I joined the 6 week boot camp and in the 6 weeks I lost 11 pounds of FAT, gained 8 pounds of muscle and got my BMI into the healthy range.
I decided to stick with X-Treme Fitness after the 6 weeks because I knew that they could get me to where I want to be. I started working with one of thier trainers, Andrew Sofras, and in 4 weeks I lost another 5 inches!!!!
