How Does The Boot Camp Program Work?

Boot Camp is a six week, four days a week program. 

You start at anytime.

The Classes are at 6am, 8am, 11am, 6pm, and 7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. And 10am on Saturday.

Guaranteed Results

Every client will have there measurements taken when they sign up. And you will recieve diet and nutrition advice that will help with your results. As the class goes on we again take measurements to check progress and reassess your diet. By the end of your first six weeks you will be starting to grasp the keys to getting into the best shape of your life.   

Attendance Policy

All Boot Camps are based on a six week
Snooze You Loose 
policy. Meaning that the Boot Camp is a six week program designed to get you into a 3 day a week habit of training. Make up day is Saturday at 11am if you miss a class. So be sure to make your Boot Camp classes. All sales are final and nonrefundable for any reason.

 Boot Camp

     Boot Camp is a program designed to bring the effectiveness of personal training to a group level. In this manner we at Xtreme are able to help each of our clients get the benefits that others only experience with costly personal training sessions. And it is different from other classes and programs becouse your instructor will always be your instructor, taking a personal interest in your progress. The better you do the better the program does.

    Boot Camp is also designed to integrate people of any fitness level and at any time. It is a way of providing personal training on a larger level. The Personal trainer instructing has years of experience helping people get their fitness back and learning to live happier more active lives. Follow all our advice for Guaranteed Results or your money back .


Beginners BOOT CAMP

This Boot Camp is especially designed by our skilled personal trainers to be a very challenging and effective Boot Camp Class. It will consist of many low impact exercises that will result in high impact results on returning you to a more active life.


YOUTH BOOT CAMP

You ever wanted to help your kid feel more confident and become more disciplined? We have a Program for that specific need. Ages are from 11 to 16 for our character building Boot Camp.

When beginning the class, Daniel makes sure every person is focused on why they are there and will make sure every individual remembers that they will be pushed, but he never pushes them over the limit.  He makes sure each exercise is adaptable to your ability but he will challenge each person to try a new level for their bodies.  He can make you laugh but expects you to be serious about the time you

At first I was nervous because I am SO out of shape, but Daniel is awesome about pushing you to do your best. To all of you out there thinking of joining Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp ...do so!!! Nothing pushes you more, takes you where you have not been, or been in a long time, gets you where you need to be. Daniel is a well versed trainer. He keeps you motivated. He is always willing to talk to you one on one about concerns you have with your progress. He will address your concerns about your ability to do all he asks in class. Never think it is too hard!!!! Exercises can be modified to fit your ability! Take it from me...half of mine are modified. I keep moving, that's all Daniel expects. Do your best, work as hard as you can, eat clean and come to class. It gets addictive and you feel guilty if you are not there! My original 6 week Boot Camp is coming to a close, but I have renewed on a monthly basis. I believe in what Daniel is doing and what
he can do for me.

My first impression:
Very organized and planned. Obviously designed to keep your heart rate consistently up so that you can get into the fat-burning zone. Daniel will push you hard but is still very patient and not intimidating. He also demonstrates everything at every class session so if you are new you know exactly how to do everything the correct way. I didn't have any second thoughts about signing up after one trial.

I look forward to going to boot camp class every time. My goals are to tone up and improve stamina. This is my third week and I can really see the changes in my arms, especially my triceps which is the jiggly part! I am in OK shape and most workouts I can get through almost no sweat. 15 minutes into boot camp hour I am pouring sweat and I love it. The class is very hard and killer if you really push yourself. This is a great class for athletic people or used-to-be athletes.

Rosalyna Paseiro
Rose has done some hard work the last 3 weeks and the results are showing. This gal is terrific she dropped inches everywhere. An inch came off her neck, and shoulders. An incredible 4 inches off her back, and 3 inches off her waist, and 2 inches off her hips. She is doing great with her diet because she has lost over 7.5 pounds of body weight bringing her bodyfat down to a healthy percentage. Rose you are fantastic.  Good job.

Here we go with an exciting update from the new location.

Andrea BarberAndrea did ok this first 3 weeks she got her waist and hips down an inch. Now her arms and thighs are down a significant amount an inch an each leg and a half inch on each arm is great. She is doing well she is half way to the body fat percent we want. Tighten up on the diet and she will be a hottie in no time.

Taryn Wiley Burnstaryn has done it again this fantastic lady knocked her waist down 4 inches and brought her neck, shoulders, and back down 2 inches each in six weeks. 
     She has also dropped her body fat 6 percent. She lost 10 pounds overall. If you add her decrease in body fat to the equation she lost another 7 pounds. Now that is an incredible job. Way to go Taryn!

Erin is an outstanding lady that has been working very hard to prepare for her wedding in August. So far, she has lost 16.3 pounds of body fat, dropped her BF% 10%, and her waist is down 5 inches, her hips are down 3 inches, thighs are down 1 inch each, arms are down 1 inch each,and her shoulders and back are down 2 inches in only 12 weeks.
Erin your measurements speak for themselves. Girl, you rock!


Sharon is an incredible lady that has overcome a lot of challenges. She has lost the most body fat such a short time it is incredible.  She has lost a  total of 13% and has decreased her weight by 20 pounds. Add it all up and she has burned over 50 pounds of fat in 2 months and built over 30 pounds of fat burning muscle. Not to mention the 4 inches off her waist. The 2 off her shoulders and 3 off her chest and back. Both of her thighs are down 3 inches each. That is so incredible! Thanks for not giving up, Sharon.

Bina has been doubling her classes to prepare for a wedding this summer. Since her last update her arms are down an inch each and her thighs are down as well. Her weight has dropped 5 pounds and her body fat is down 5%.

Ivette is one of the most committed ladies in my class. Over the past 2 months she has made fantastic gains. She has lost over 17 pounds of fat by decreasing her body fat by 13%. Her waist is down more then 3 inches. Both arms are down an inch. And her upper body is down a couple inches. She is also now the fastest runner in her class and out performs all her peers. Ivette, you rock! Keep up the good work.

Lori Miller is one fantastic lady that came looking for results and found them. She was fit to begin with and needed a plane breaker. In a short 3 weeks she has lost an inch on her waist, an inch on her hips, 3/4 of an inch on each arm, and a half inch on each thigh. Very good results. Way to go Lori!!! 

Christine Tan HissamChristine Hissam is a hard worker and knocked off 3 inches from her waist and 2 percent decrease in body fat. Awesome job Christine!!!

Erin Hagerty is probably gonna be one of my all time hardest working clients ever. This gal is getting married in a few months and will be in the best shape of her life for it. She does everything I say and then some. Her waist is down 4 inches. Her shoulders and back are down 2 inches each. She lost over 3 inches on her hips. And each thigh is down an inch. Her body fat is down 7.5 percent that is a 11 pound fat loss in 8 weeks. She is doing phenomenal!!!!

Penny Howell is my all star. At 59 this lady refuses to give up and never quits. She is an example that anyone can do Boot Camp. She is a Cancer survivor and has multiple joint and back issues and we modify alot for her and she does great. She has lost an inch on an already tiny waist. And an inch on each thigh as well. Great job, Penny!

Anji Tina Bakta is one of the best ladies I train she always tries her best an got the results to prove it. She lost 4 inches from her waist in 3 weeks. And her body fat is down 4 percent. Thats terrific!

Taryn Wiley BurnsTaryn Burns is a hard working gal. she hasn't missed a class yet and always does her best and has the results to show for it. In 3 weeks Taryn has lost TWO inches from her waist and TWO inches off her shoulders, one inch off her hips and one inch off her back, and a half inch off each thigh. Her weight is down 5 pounds and her body fat is down 3 percent. Terrific job Taryn! You are a great lady!

Check this out!!!! Holly did a phenomenal job the past 12 weeks. She lost over 25 pounds and more then 6 inches on her waist!!! She also lost a inch and a half on each arm and 2 inches on each thigh. Her upper body is down 3 inches at her shoulders, an inch at her neck, and 2 inches around her chest and back. Her hips are down 3 inches. And her body fat is down 13%!!!!This is a miraculous change!! Way to go Holly!!!!



Kristy has been doing great. Its hard to knock a couple inches off a girl as fit as she is. But Boot Camp conquers all and her waist is down 1.5 inches, her shoulders are down 2 inches, arms went down a half inch each, thighs are down an inch each and her hips are down 2 inches. And her body fats down 3 percent thats a 5 pound fat loss. Great job Kristy!!!


Another hard case but yet again another success story. Amanda knocked 3 inches off her waist!!! Her body fat is down 6 percent, plus her weight loss thats 14 pounds of fat gone!!! Way to go Amanda!

These two are doing great now that they have tightened up on their committment and discipline. Chris has lost inches over his whole body and has lost over ten pounds. Jenny is starting to make gains as well now that she is becoming a very fit person. They are a great couple and its been a pleasure training with them. Kevin Ford lost another 5 pounds this week. That is incredible!!!!

Sharon Savage in my 6pm has done great. She is one of the ladies that has a lot of knee issues, back issues, and shoulder issues. But despite it all she has a lot of heart. During the first couple weeks of Boot Camp we took it slow and figured out alternative exercises for her specific needs. She has lost inches and over 4 pounds this week alone. Sharon is an example to us all that with hard work, patience, and determination that no matter the obstacle we will overcome it.

Monica had some great measurements today. She lost 2 inches of her back fat and an inch on her waist and 3/4 of an inch on her hips. Plus a whopping 5% body fat in only 3 weeks. Thats like ten pounds of fat turned into muscle. Way to go Monica and thanks for bringing in your husband too.

lost another 5 pounds thats a total of 20 pounds his first 6 week Boot Camp. Thats incredible! Way to go Kevin!!!

Tracy Caywood down sized her entire body that is so fantastic. All her measurements went down and she is still going strong which is great. But above all her diet is on point. Thats so terrific.

Dan Caywood did great his waist went down and his chest went up. And thats exactly what guys want.


8am Boot Camp

Erin has done so much better this past week since she is keeping better track of her diet. Her shoulder measurement went down 2 inches, her back went down a half inch, her waist is down a half inch, hips are down 1.5 inches, and her legs are both smaller by a half inch. That is an incredible 5.5 inches over all. Way to go Erin!!! 3-29-10

Lauren Is the first 6 week success. She lost over a inch on her waist and hips and over an inch on her chest and shoulders. Her weight and body fat are both down as well.  She is also on her way to being one of my most fit students. She is on board with us for good now. Thank you, Lauren.

6am Boot Camp

Maria is another awesome student.  she was hit by a truck while running last year and is on her way to recovery.  She fights so hard to do all she can despite the pain her injuries have caused. Maria also lost 2 inches in her waist.  That is so terrific. Way to go Maria!!! 3/22/10



Vanessa knocked off 2.5 inches on her waste, an inch on her shoulders, a half on her hips and an inch on her back. Good bye to her body fat and weight too. She is down 3 pounds as well. In 3 weeks!!!
