Boot Camp Basics
This Boot Camp is especially designed by our skilled personal trainers to be a very challenging and effective Boot Camp Class. It will consist of many low impact exercises that will result in high impact results on returning you to a more active life. Our Target is to help overly obese women, women that have never worked out, and all beginners to learn how to train and exercise.
