 Boot Camp Basics
This Boot Camp is especially designed by our skilled personal trainers to be a very challenging and effective Boot Camp Class. It will consist of many low impact exercises that will result in high impact results on returning you to a more active life. Our Target is to help overly obese women, women that have never worked out, and all beginners to learn how to train and exercise.


*All aerobic classes are one hour in length, unless otherwise noted



Suspension training is an approach to fitness training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight.

Suspension Training is a type of bodyweight exercise in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Suspension Training can be considered a type of resistance training.





Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. The music comes from the following dance styles:
cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, axé music and tango. There are seven different types of classes for different levels of age and exertion.
