After getting my recent measurements, I recalled pivotal moments throughout my weight loss journey.  I remember being apprehensive about signing up with Xtreme Fitness 9 months ago.

I previously belonged to a local gym where I worked out on my own time doing my version of exercising.  There was a comfort of doing whatever, but I saw no results after 2 years with that facility.

I signed up with Xtreme Fitness with a friend for the 6 week Bootcamp.  The first week was torture! We were stretching & working out our bodies in positions that I never imagined was possible.  It was difficult moving around due to the soreness after classes.  We were exhausted and questioned if bootcamp was for us.  My friend and I both contemplated on quitting the third day but chose to stick it out.

When I first signed

I openly expressed my attitude with Daniel through different gestures of sighing, eye rolling, and partially doing some of the exercises.  Daniel has always been encouraging.  He pushes and yells as expected from a bootcamp instructor.  His sarcasm has me chuckling yet pushing through various regimens.  From my viewpoint, when Daniel gets “psycho”, it’s his expression tool of motivating and supporting you.

I made it through the first 6 weeks of bootcamp and achieved the ability to make it through the various exercises as time progressed.  My biggest challenge though was my Diet.  I was accustomed to eating convenient fast food due to scheduling of being out and about with family and activities.  I couldn’t deprive myself of eating that unhealthy food that tasted good.  Daniel went over nutrition with me and provided nutrition tips at the end of each class.  Modifying my Diet meant replacing white products with wheat or brown, eating leaner meats, and balanced portions.  Keeping a daily Diet Log and monitoring the caloric intake has kept me somewhat in check.  I will admit there are times when I cheat and opt to do Burpies in lieu of turning in a Diet Log.

The 2nd month, I encountered a health setback.  I was diagnosed with Degenerative Knees.  I thought this would hinder my workout.  Daniel advised me of modification techniques working with my condition.

 

 As time passed, I replaced the exhaustion that I initially had upon signing up with energy from the workouts.  I have been going to 2 bootcamps daily, TRX classes twice a week, and have attempted Zumba.

My 9 month journey with Xtreme Fitness has given me a better understanding of health and fitness.  I’ve lost an average of 1 lb. per week , going from a size 16 to a 6.  There is phenomenal support from the staff and from fellow members that you befriend along the way even though “your not suppose to have time to talk” as Daniel would comment.  It’s been challenging, but if you instill the mindset and determination, your goal can be achieved.  If you told me at the beginning of the year that I would be writing a personal testimonial, I would have responded that I don’t believe I could do it.  I am still working out at flattening my “C-section overhang”, toning, and being fit.  Daniel, Andrew, and Zach . . .  you guys are exceptional trainers!! 





I would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to you and to everyone at Xtreme Fitness When I first started with you 9 weeks ago, I did not know what I was in for. I felt and looked miserable and I guess it showed to everyone else, but all I cared about was family and work, I felt I had no time to take care of myself. I was urged by my husband to do something and I was looking around and that is when I found you. From the first day, you have pushed me to do my best even when I did not think I can do it. And have shown me modified exercises so that I don’t get hurt and I hope in time to do them regularly. The nutrition guidance that is given has helped me tremendously. I thought I was eating fairly healthy, but have made changes to my diet that was recommended by you and it has helped. So far I have lost 20 lbs and a few inches all over and what a difference it has made. I feel so much better and people have noticed the change in me. 
   My daughter, Stephanie, loves to come with me and has a blast with Mrs. Laurie in the daycare. I hope with everything that you have taught me will keep her from following down the same path that I have had to deal with all of my life.
   
I have a ways to go before my goal is reached, but I know that it will be achieved with you and everyone at Xtreme Fitness.

Blessings to you and your live ones. This lines is to share with you my impressions about today's Bootcamp seccion (8:00 a.m.) first of all you where right about the trainer you chose for our class ,lol  Zachariah was very professional with good knowledge . I did appreciated the modifications considering my present limitations as well as for my friend Fresa, by no means he was easy on us, but took great awareness of that . Also he was a great motivator so even though this was my first class ever , you can see the real character of an individual by how he portraits himself. He did good I have that work out good pain!!! So I know this is going to be a great program and I'm very motivated to see what in th Lords Name this is going to do for me. Anyhow just want to share.

BOOTCAMP is awesome!! I have tried several different classes throughout the years and I've never found anything until now that I honestly enjoyed doing. Daniel does not allow me to  quit and pushes me much harder then I'd ever push myself. He does a good job keeping the classes interesting and allows people to work out at their own level of fitness. I highly recommend Xtreme fitness!!!!!

My name is Bina , Daniel and I have a love hate relationship. He loves being mean to me  and I hate him for it. All kidding aside Daniel is a wonderful person who has devoted his time and effort helping people achieve their goals. He has a passion that is unbelievable to make sure his clients meet their needs and see results. I have seen tremendous results in just 6 weeks. I am at the end of my 6th week and have renewed to continue with Daniel who has helped me drop inches and several pounds in a short amount of time. I have referred him several close friends and co workers to him. Everyone of them are very happy with their results thus far. If you're a person who has come to a place in your routine and isn't seeing any results. Xtreme fitness boot camp is the place to be. You will see results and will work your butt off. It is hard work and a lot of fun, Daniel is very personable, very caring to each individual.  I can honestly say he truly does care for each one of his clients.(except for me )just kidding.

I have been wanting to get in shape and lose weight for a long time now. My co-workers urged me to join with them since drug rep lunches have definitely taken a toll on our physiques. At first I was nervous because I am SO out of shape, but Daniel is awesome about pushing you to do your best. I am infamous for saying "Daniel I can't run!" but he told me to never sell myself short and never settle for second best because I am number one! Very organized and planned. Obviously designed to keep your heart rate consistently up so that you can get into the fat-burning zone. Daniel will push you hard but is still very patient and not intimidating. He also demonstrates everything at every class session so if you are new you know exactly how to do everything the correct way. I didn't have any second thoughts about signing up after one trial.

I look forward to going to boot camp class every time. My goals are to tone up and improve stamina. This is my third week and I can really see the changes in my arms, especially my triceps which is the jiggly part! I am in OK shape and most workouts I can get through almost no sweat. 15 minutes into boot camp hour I am pouring sweat and I love it. The class is very hard and killer if you really push yourself. This is a great class for athletic people or used-to-be athletes.

XTreme Fitness Boot camp is amazing! When beginning the class, Daniel makes sure every person is focused on why they are there and will make sure every individual remembers that they will be pushed, but he never pushes them over the limit.  He makes sure each exercise is adaptable to your ability but he will challenge each person to try a new level for their bodies.  He can make you laugh but expects you to be serious about the time you are there.  He walks around to each person during the class to make sure everyone is doing the exercise correctly and pushing themselves to do their best.  The workout one gets is amazing; every person is sore the next day...no wonder his clients see results so quickly. $99 for 3 times a week for 6 weeks, is a steal of a deal for any client to get the results Daniel will help them achieve through Boot Camp.

I highly recommend Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp for anyone, whether in shape wanting to stay that way or out of shape.  While Daniel is demanding, he allows you to work at your own pace if you have trouble keeping up with certain exercises.  Daniel does a great job of keeping it fun and interesting.  Usually, the hour goes by pretty quickly.  This class was exactly what I needed and caused me to feel better and have more energy.   I’m a big fan!

To all of you out there thinking of joining Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp ...do so!!! Nothing pushes you more, takes you where you have not been, or been in a long time, gets you where you need to be. Daniel is a well versed trainer. He keeps you motivated. He is always willing to talk to you one on one about concerns you have with your progress. He will address your concerns about your ability to do all he asks in class. Never think it is too hard!!!! Exercises can be modified to fit your ability! Take it from me...half of mine are modified. I keep moving, that's all Daniel expects. Do your best, work as hard as you can, eat clean and come to class. It gets addictive and you feel guilty if you are not there! My original 6 week Boot Camp is coming to a close, but I have renewed on a monthly basis. I believe in what Daniel is doing and what he can do for me.

I have been with Daniel since Nov of 2009. And in these 7 months i have grown to look at him as my big brother. My mentor. My accoutability partner and one of my best friends. He has pushed me farther in exercising than i ever dreamed. I was about 210 pounds at 5'5" and im only 21 years old. It took me a while but Daniel helped me get down to 178 and dropped several inches all over the place. Although i wasnt trying 100% some of the time, he never gave up on me. He kept pushing me even when i cried, or whined, or even got sick. He helped keep me going to fullfill my full potential. Im still trying to reach it. There is always room for improvement. Xtreme Fitness has become like a second home to me. I can openly discuss my diet, weight, and lifestyle with positive constructive criticism and i never feel uncomfortable. There is no judgments in this place! None at all. I feel that all the bootcampers also develope a bond that we have to help push each other to make it through. I could never do it without the bootcamp family. I will never quit coming to Daniel at Xtreme Fitness because it has become a part of my life. I love every minute of it and i always feel great when i do it! The atmosphere and people you will encounter at Xtreme Fitness truly want to help you in any way they can for you to reach your goals and be happy and healthy. No one is there to make you upset, feel uncomfortable, or there to poke fun. Its like a big room full of your biggest fans cheering you on in those last 10 minutes when you just want to quit.

 
I have become a completely different person in the 7 months I have trained with Daniel. He has helped me in my self esteem, and my confidence in not just working out, but in trials in my life. I cant imagine life without daniel and xtreme fitness. Thank you Daniel. You have become like family to me even when you yell at me! Up at Xtreme Fitness in September last year I joked with Daniel about how I didn’t think was going to work, that nothing had worked in the past.  Little did I know how much my life would change.  Starting Boot Camp at 179 pounds and going through the measurements of shame was humbling to say the least. The stress of owning my own business and had packed on about 30 pounds over the last two years.  I had joined gyms in the past but saw very little changes and would always quit.  Then I saw Daniel’s Boot Camp signs in my neighborhood and thought why not give it a try and I’m so glad I did.  I started coming to the 8 am classes.  My first class I thought I was going to be sick.  It was intense but I got through it somehow and thought this is no joke.  It’s tough to say the least but I knew my body needed it.    Not only did it make me realize how out of shape I was, it made me realize how much I needed to be there.   I decided enough was enough so I changed my eating habits and really give Boot Camp every effort I could.  Classes never get easy as I thought they might. They are always changing up our routines and every week my body is sore in different places.  After 18 weeks I have lost 25 pounds, six inches in my waist and hips, and I have the most amazing amount of energy throughout the day.  I can’t thank  Xtreme Fitness enough for my transformation!anonymous client
